The uber-popular browser, Firefox, launched version 3.6 today to the applause of techies everywhere. After months of testing and beta downloads, the new version sports several new features and upgrades.

When it comes to features and applications, Firefox has never been a slouch - consistently outdoing the competition (IE, Chrome and Safari). This go around was no different. Version 3.6 sports a 20% increase in speed from version 3.5 and it also touts an increase in javascript execution and rendering.

Another notable feature would be the new 'Personas', which lets you customize your browser in realtime without restarting.

One additional nugget of goodness is that it now fully supports HTML5 and autocomplete form functions. If you want to upgrade to the new version, please visit the Firefox homepage.
